School may be out but we are still supporting our farmers. Our first "Farmers Stand" event at the central office was a huge success! How can we tell? The farmer went home with no product. The staff bought all the fruits and vegetables in stock. We love supporting our students, staff, community and local businesses.

Congratulations to all of the leaders and nutrition services staff in Richmond County School System for assisting with Hurricane Matthew's evacuees. Dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed. RCSS was awarded the "Hero Award" for these noteworthy efforts. 23k meals were served to the evacuees during those 4 days!
